Radon Mitigation Systems

A mitigation system pulls radon gas from beneath the home and vents it safely above the roofline. Depending on the foundation, pipes can run through the interior or along the exterior wall. We route each system to keep it out of the way while still meeting code.

Crawlspace Encapsulation

Homes with crawlspace foundations need a different approach. We seal and encapsulate the space to stop radon from entering through exposed soil and dirt floors, which also helps with moisture and humidity underneath the home.
